Become part of the Overherd movement, meet like-minded charities at our events and learn new ways to make your charity more successful!
Building a detailed picture of your audience is a vital stage in planning your digital strategy.
Knowing what you want to achieve from your digital communications, why individuals visit your website and what information they are looking for, means messages can be tailored to resonate with potential donors, volunteers and people seeking advice and support.
In July, FARM Digital will be joined by CLIC Sargent, Mind, St Johns Ambulance and NTT to discuss the importance of understanding your audience including user research, how to identify persona profiles and how to reflect these in your website’s user journeys.
Thursday 12th July

Overherd takes hold of the challenges and issues that charities face and tackles them head on.
Our mission is to see more charities exploit the potential of digital technology to develop tools and services which extend the reach and impact of their work, and ultimately help more people.
By confronting these challenges in a format of speaker and open forum our aim is for you to come away from this event with a fresh set of ideas on how to implement positive changes into your marketing strategy.
The focus for October's Overherd was 'breaking digital barriers in charity' and we sourced some great speakers from The National Autistic Society, Teenage Cancer Trust and Media Trust to share their experiences.
